Terms and Conditions

 

Deposits and Payments 

A deposit of 50% of the total trip/s value is due when booking is made. A confirmation of booking letter will be sent confirming your deposit and trip/s dates. The balance is due in full no later than 2 weeks before your trip/s date. Non-payment by the due date may be treated as a cancellation and all deposit monies will be forfeited. No reminders will be sent after the initial invoice. If you book less than 2 weeks before your trip/s commences the full trip/s value is required to confirm your booking.

 

Cancellations 

If you cancel your trip for any reason up to 1 month before the start of your trip/s, your full deposit and payment to date become non-refundable. If you cancel within 1 month of your trip/s date your full holiday value and any payments to date become non-refundable and any monies owing will be due immediately. No exceptions will be made.

 

Complaints 

All complaints must be notified to the management immediately so that an on-the-spot investigation can be made if necessary and remedial action taken if required. In no circumstances will any complaint be accepted if raised after your stay has ended.

 

Personal Injury and Safety 

It is the responsibility of each individual to act responsibly and safely in respect of their own safety and that of others. OpenSkyUnlimited operates with a high level of health and safety management in place. However, as with all activities, outdoor and adventurous activities carry an inherent risk and can result in injury, permanent disability or even loss of life. Participants/Parents/Guardians are presumed to be aware of and except the inherent risks involved. OpenSkyUnlimited, its Directors and staff, will not accept liability for personal injury or loss or damage of property sustained by participants. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.


Water Confidence, Special Needs, Medical Conditions 

For water based activities, participants need to be confident in the water. This does not mean you have to be able to swim. You must notify the OpenSkyUnlimited when booking of any medical conditions, medication or special needs which may require special facilities or could have personal health or safety implications. The centre cannot be held responsible for any implications arising from no disclosure.


Availability of Trip/s and Accommodatio

For water based activities you must be water confident (You do not have to be able to swim, however must be comfortable in the water. Canyoning does require the ability to swim 50 metres) You must notify OpenSkyUnlimited when booking of any illnesses, injuries or medical conditions which may require special attention or could have personal health and safety implications. OpenSkyUnlimited cannot be held responsible for any implications arising from the absence of such a disclosure.

 

Availability of Trip/s and Accommodation Availability of trip/s and type of accommodation are limited and must be checked at the time of booking.


Changes to Information

OpenSkyUnlimited reserves the right to change the stated trip/s at any time if this should prove necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. All information and details may be subject to change or alteration.


Transport

Transport to certain activity locations is included and shared with other guests.

 

As OpenSkyUnlimited, we reserve the right to review, change and modify these terms & conditions without prior announcement as and where deemed necessary.
